1. How long does the dress redesign process take?

The transformation will take 6 weeks from the time your dress arrives at our studio. Rush service is available for an additional cost.
*Please note as of 2/15/21, due to high demand, current delivery is an estimated 6 weeks after your design consultation. Design consultations are scheduled after your order is placed and the dress arrives at the studio.*

2. What happens after I place my order?

Ship your wedding dress and veil to the Graceful Design Studio using any major carrier. No need to send the dress in its large, preservation box. Upon its arrival, a design consultant will reach out to set up a phone call and discuss your order. Return shipping is free.

3. What happens if I need additional fabric to complete my order?

Don't worry! The Redesign the Dress tool will prompt you to purchase supplemental new fabric if necessary.

4. What happens to any leftover fabric from my dress?

Leftover fabric can be transformed into additional products, preserved securely with our Store the Dress service, or returned to you upon request.
