Shipping Info

After placing an order, both Unbox the Dress & Save the Dress clients are responsible for shipping their dress to:

(Prior to June 15th if you sent your dress to our previous address, don't worry! Our team will make sure it gets to the right place.)

INSTRUCTIONS

-Include your full name and order number inside your shipping box
-Our team recommends that you ship using FedEx or UPS
-Our team will confirm receipt within 2 business days.
- Please make sure to check your spam or promotional folders for this email!


Unbox the Dress clients:
-We do not recommend shipping your entire preservation chest
-Remove all cardboard, paper, etc. and package the dress in a smaller box to save on shipping expense
-You're welcome to send our team your veil, but please do not include your underskirt/slip

UNBOX THE DRESS PRODUCTION TIMELINE

Our average 8 week delivery time starts once your dress arrives at the studio. If you need your order sooner, please contact support@unboxthedress.com to discuss rush production for an additional fee. 

Return Shipping

You'll receive your UPS tracking information via email once your customized redesign products have shipped from our Studio. Most shipments arrive between 3-5 business days, although inclement weather can cause further delay.
