You can ship it in its original box, or to save money, feel free to repackage it in a smaller box. We will confirm receipt of your dress via email within two days of your dress arriving at the studio. At that point we will set up your phone consultation to review the plans and details of your order.
Make sure to include the first and last name (the same one used to place your online order) on the outside or inside of your dress shipment! Your order number is also helpful but not required.
*Due to COVID-19 related shipping delays, our team recommends that you ship your wedding dress to us via FedEx or UPS.
Except your return shipment through UPS (unless you have a P.O. box). You'll receive tracking information via email once your Collection has shipped. Most shipments arrive between 3-5 business days, although inclement weather can cause further delay.
Unfortunately we do not accept international orders at this time.
